There are 3 types of apartments

Ground floor

On the ground floor where your porch borders the beach or the tropical garden withswimming pool. In just a few steps you either feel the sand between your toes, or you can take a refreshing dive in the pool.

First Floor

On the first floor where you will relax on your balcony and enjoy a slightly cooler breeze and a gorgeous view.From some apartments you can even see the Caribbean sea.

D-block

Higher up in the resort you will find theD-block with even more privacy thans to a seperate entrance. From the 2ndpool that you will find in this part of the resort, you can look out over the other apartments and theSpanish Water. It's like having your own private pool.There is a staircase that takes you down to the beach area.

Rate:

The rate is based on 2 persons per apartment and excludes 7% Tourist Tax.
Every extra adult (from 12 years) wil be charged a fee of US$ 10 per adult per night.
Children:0 - 24 monthe free of charge /2 - 12 years USD 5 per child per night.
